With a kidnapping suit looming, Dwayne Johnson shares video of his 11-year-old self watching his fat

One of the more bizarre news items to come out in the last few days is a $3 billion lawsuit against beloved actor Dwayne Johnson alleging that he and his business partner Dany Garcia conspired to abduct a woman named Trenesha Biggers and her children. In the midst of all of that, he released a fun video of himself watching his father wrestle as a child.

In the clip, which Johnson shared on Instagram, he’s in the audience watching his father Rocky Johnson and Tony Atlas – who happen to be the first black tag team champions in WWE history.

“As an 11yr old boy, pro wrestlers were my heroes – My dad, Atlas, Snuka, Wild Samoans, Muraco, Piper, Dr. D, Hogan etc. To me, they were the real deal,” he said in the caption. “By the age of 5, my dad had me in the gym, kicking my little ass all over the wrestling mats. By 12 he’d make me get up with him at 5am every Saturday and Sunday to go workout on the weights. Discipline. Extreme at times but that was his way.”

He called the gym his “sacred place” and said it was all thanks to his “old man’s tough love.” One place that probably isn’t sacred for Johnson is the courtroom, where may very well have to end up defending himself over a kidnapping claim.

The case, according to Insidethemagic, was filed on March 1, 2023 by Trenesha Biggers, a former wrestler who went by the name Rhaka Khan. Here’s an old clip of her in her wrestling heyday.

Props to Rhaka Khan for barely breaking character the whole time lol. https://t.co/N6QUOphYFE

Khan claims that Johnson and a lot of other people conspired to kidnap her and her children. In a court timeline included in the filing, per Snopes, Biggers claims that her ex-husband slaked her through state lines while he was on probation. Johnson is not named in the timeline.

A statement of facts for the lawsuit said that all of the people and organizations named in the lawsuit “collectively conspired” to kidnap her.

Other defendants include “Eminem, Naomi Campbell, and Michael Jordan, as well as companies like Verizon, Bank of America, and Universal Studios, and law-enforcement agencies like the FBI, Dona Ana County New Mexico Sheriff, and Las Cruces Police Department in Las Cruces, New Mexico.”

Surprisingly, Johnson commented on the lawsuit through lawyers. They said Johnson “categorically” denies any involvement in the incident and that they looks forward to “clearing [his] name in court.”

Then he’ll probably have more time to reminisce about his Dad.
