Tony Goldwyn Copies Scott Foley's Shirtless With Puppies Ads

Helloooo, Mister President Fitzgerald Grant! Scandal‘s Tony Goldwyn had a little fun with costar Scott Foley and copied Foley’s recent photo shoot for luxury home brand Charisma, in which the former Felicity actor posed shirtless in bed with puppies. (And yes, it’s as great as it sounds.)

Goldwyn, 54, showed off his bare chest and biceps by stripping down to just a pair of loose black pants. In his lap he held a little white puppy, whose belly he affectionately scratched with his left hand.

Foley, 42, posted the sexy shot via Instagram on Wednesday, Oct. 1. “Thanks @tonygoldwyn for making sure I’m not the only shirtless guy holding a dog. IOU!” he captioned the pic. (Both men have had numerous, very memorable shirtless love scenes with Scandal costar Kerry Washington.)

The photo was a throwback to Foley’s swoon-worthy shoot for Charisma’s fall/winter ad campaign. He and his wife “refuse to sleep on anything else” but Charisma bedding, he said in a press release for the company.

Shot in L.A., the campaign featured Foley posing with various adorable puppies. “I would say that I never feel sexy,” he said in a sizzle reel from the set. “My wife [Marika Dominczyk] has told me that I am sexy. And people on Twitter tell me that I’m sexy. So there must be something there, right?”
